Hello From Cynthia
I am passionate about life and I love to share that passion and hope for the future with my clients. If you are feeling like no one understands, things are hopeless, your mistakes are too great, or life's challenges are too much to handle, I would love to come along side you, support you, and partner with you on your path to a more joyous life. .
My Story:
I am a Colorado native and I love all that Colorado has to offer in terms of activities, events, nature, and more. When I am not at work you will find me swimming, working out, going to a movie, hitting a concert, riding my bike, engaging in community or civic events, eating a great meal, or going to church. I enjoy time with family whenever possible, it really re-fuels me. Being a mom is the best part of my life. Both sides of my family are hard-working Coloradoan and I also have many family members who served in the military, so I have an appreciation for the men and women who serve in our armed forces. Over my lifetime, I have been generous with my money and my time, volunteering for many causes in the community and personally funding several charitable programs.
As a child, I lived in a time that I consider a simpler time and I reminisce on those times as having value for the lessons learned and the lifestyle it offered. To the degree possible, I enjoy helping clients find more grounded and simpler ways of living that will improve their lives. I have a deep personal relationship with Christ and I am happy to integrate Christian faith development into your treatment. I respect everyone’s religious or cultural belief and will support you in alignment with your personal values.
My Training and Experience:

In addition to my formal education, I have pursued extensive supplemental and continuing education to broaden my ability to work with people who are very diverse with equally diverse issues for which they are seeking help.

I have over 15 years of counseling experience working with individuals, families and groups. In addition to clients seeking private counseling, I have counseled clients who have been entangled in the criminal justice and human services system. With over a decade of experience providing consultation and training in organizational psychology, I have helped work teams and organizational leaders address workplace issues such as employee wellness, conflict resolution, communication, and change management.
